Tony Andrews
Design/Sales Representative
Considerate. One of Tony's main goals for each remodel project is to treat his clients as he would like to be treated. He understands the pressures that often come with such an important project, and works to ease some of that as he leads families through the Marsh X process. The most rewarding stage for Tony is Xpectations, when families see their new space for the first time. Tony says, "I love to see the look on their faces when they are able to see their dream of a new kitchen or bath become a reality." Tony believes in living each day to the fullest and makes sure that your remodel is a fun experience for everyone involved. To facilitate this, he listens to each family's wish list, tries to include as much of it as possible in his design, and offers his honest feedback.
Tony has been part of the Marsh Kitchen & Bath team for the 11 years he's been in the design industry. In considering his own dream kitchen, Tony says it's a design that would best be determined by his wife of 35 years.
Danielle Wrenn, AKBD
Design/Sales Representative
Patient.Danielle understands that clients won't be familiar with every part of the remodel process and does her best to provide a relaxed, laid back approach. She hopes the families she works with will ask as many questions as necessary in order for them to feel comfortable and be informed as their project progresses. In exchange,Danielle promises to take her time with each kitchen or bath and ensure that every detail has been double-checked…twice. Her favorite Marsh X stage is Xecution, as this is whereDanielle gets to share her ideas for improving your kitchen in a way you may never have though possible.
As someone with more than nine years of experience in the industry,Danielle still gets excited about every kitchen and bath design she works on. "I love when clients are enthusiastic about their new kitchen and can't wait to get everything installed so they can show it to all their friends and family!"

Sandy Westmoreland
Design/Sales Representative
Budget-friendly. Sandy wants to get you the best bang for your buck, so her favorite Marsh X stage is Xamine. It is during this time that Sandy gets to know your style, while also getting an idea of what designs will work best for your budget. She loves traditional designs, but is flexible and can work with any style. Sandy likes to do her research, so expect a lot of questions in the beginning. She says the more information she has, the better she can price your project.
Sandy has been with Marsh Kitchen & Bath for the 13 years she's been in the industry. Her dream kitchen is simple and specific: Arlington Maple doors in Marsh's signature Alpine finish with Slate glaze, a custom hood, and an island with decorative posts—all of this tied together with light colored quartz countertops.
Terry Lilly
Director of sales
Straightforward. Terry's favorite stages of the Marsh X process are Xamine and Xpectations. He has spent 20 of his 25 years in the design industry as part of the Marsh Kitchen & Bath design family. Throughout his career, Terry has remained purposefully current, letting contemporary trends influence his design style. Terry describes his version of the Marsh X process as "fun and fast." Understanding that remodeling often comes with its fair share of stress, he wants his customers to remember that "this tooshall pass!"
Like all of us at Marsh, Terry believes the kitchen is the heart of the home. Keeping with this idea, he says his dream kitchen is any kitchen where he is with his wife, Lori, and two daughters, Kelsey and Emma.
Jon Lawson
Vice President, Marsh Kitchen & Bath
Jon is our Vice President of Marsh Kitchen & Bath and has been part of the Marsh Kitchen & Bath family since 2005. His previous experience was on the sales and management team for a building materials supplier, where he spent 13 years. Jon says the move to Marsh Kitchen & Bath was spurred by the appeal of working for a local, family-owned company with products made in North Carolina. His favorite part of the Marsh X process is Xpectations—the software program used to track your project helps Jon and the team ensure that we offer the best possible experience from the moment we first come into contact with you through post-installation follow-ups.
